Final thoughts
This refresh brings improvements over the old one, not only for the better user experience in terms of speed, but in great part for the added 3G support and improved network reception.

Hey Bruno,
ReplyDeleteLove your blog! It was exactly what I was looking for now that I'm trying to decide what Android dual SIM phone to get. I also love that you're cooking up some ROMs for these phone (this is what got me over the line when deciding if I should go for one of these phones).
In your opinion which of the recent MT6573 based phones, HD9 3G (T9199+), HD7 Pro (T9299) or G11i Pro, do you like the most and why? Are there any other ones I should be considering? (must be android, dual SIM with at least one HSPA 900/2100 and the other HSPA or GSM and 480x800 screen).
Thank you
Hey Bruno,
ReplyDeleteGreat Blog!
I am also interested in buying MT6573 based phone. I am looking for latest possible Android version, big (at least 4.0") multi-touch screen 480x800 16m colors, DUAL SIM and most important - fast and stable with applications and games.
Can you say in your opinion which one is the best - HDC A9100, G11i Pro, T9199, Tops HD7 3G, B63M, HDC Z710, Hero H7300, Tops HD2 HD9 or Star A3 Sensation? Is there some that is better than these (max $300)?
Well, this has been asked many times, but in my humble opinion, G11i Pro is a highly reliable phone, even for business use. I use it with my business and private SIM cards and this is by far the best Chinese clone that I've seen and reviewed. Even in terms of GSM reception, I can tell you that no other Chinese Dual SIM can beat it.
ReplyDeleteIf you guys are satisfied with a 4.0" screen, then G11i Pro is the right way to go.
Thank you very much for the quick reply!
ReplyDeleteI was going to buy G11i Pro but today I got B63m as a present... so I was wondering if there is some of your ROMs that I can use on it? (I saw that there are many improvements...)
Hello, do you have modded ROMs for this one as well? Or do the ones for G11iPro work?
ReplyDeleteHI have this Phone. Any rom upgrades yet?
